Please contact us at vanacorenapoli@gmail.com for a size swap or return within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will then accommodate you with the exchange/return address and provide you with a new, different-sized item or a refund.

Exchange or return
In order to be eligible for an exchange or return you must return the goods in original and unworn condition, together with the original packaging, within 14 days of receiving the goods. When these conditions are not met, Vanacore Napoli is, unfortunately, unable to issue an exchange or refund. 

Refunds
Refunds will appear in your account within 5 working days of receiving the goods back at our atelier, depending on your bank/card issuer. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any possible duties and/or taxes that are made by sending and returning the product(s). The returned product/products remain your responsibility until it arrives at our atelier.
