Please contact us at vanacorenapoli@gmail.com for a size swap or return within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will then accommodate you with the exchange/return address and provide you with a new, different-sized item or a refund.

Refunds will appear in your account within 5 working days of receiving the goods back at our atelier, depending on your bank/card issuer. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any possible duties and/or taxes that are made by sending and returning the product(s). The returned product/products remain your responsibility until it arrives at our atelier.
