Our orders are shipped from Naples, Italy. Shop confidently knowing that exchanges and returns are easy.  We aim to ship all orders within one working day, however during peak periods, it may take up to two. Your products will be delivered through high-end courier services. After your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number to easily track your package. Please note that shipping to remote areas may take longer.

Sales tax is included in all prices inside the EU. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Vanacore Napoli ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
